1. 100% Offline-First Architecture

2ools does NOT collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data or usage analytics.

The application is built entirely as an offline utility suite. It does not require an internet connection, does not contain tracking SDKs, and has zero network permissions declared in its Android Manifest.

2. Data Processing & Storage

• Photos & Documents (PDF / Images): All image compression, format conversions, resizing, EXIF metadata inspection, and PDF generation are performed 100% locally in your device's memory. No image or document is ever uploaded to any cloud server or external third party.
• Password Vault: Any credentials, logins, or generated passwords stored in the Vault feature are encrypted and saved solely within your device's private sandboxed app storage. Only you have access to your local data.
• Temporary Cache: Temporary working files generated during conversions are stored in your device's private cache directory and are automatically purged.

3. Device Permissions

2ools requests the minimum possible device permissions strictly to perform the features you initiate:

• Camera (Optional): Used exclusively for the live QR Code and Barcode scanner. Camera frames are processed in real-time in memory using Google ML Kit on-device models. No photos or video recordings are saved or transmitted.
• Storage / Media: Utilizes Android's modern Storage Access Framework (SAF) and Photo Picker to let you explicitly select specific files for conversion or saving. 2ools does not have broad access to your entire storage.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

2ools contains:

• No Ads: No third-party ad networks (e.g., AdMob).
• No Analytics: No tracking SDKs (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Crashlytics, Facebook SDK).
• No Accounts: No sign-up, registration, or cloud accounts required.

5. Children's Privacy

Since 2ools collects no personal data whatsoever, it is safe for all age groups and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR.
